Theresa Duenke

With over 20 years of experience in client service—16 of those in the financial services industry—I have developed a strong foundation in streamlining operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. My journey in financial services began in 2005, working alongside a financial advisor, where I serviced clients and gained valuable insights into the industry. In 2020, I transitioned into operations—a move that allowed me to fully embrace my passion for optimizing processes and driving impactful results.

As a proud St. Louis, MO native, I was born and raised here and still happily call it home. My large, close-knit family also lives in the area, and we cherish spending time together—whether it’s sharing meals, celebrating milestones, or simply enjoying each other’s company. Growing up in a tech-savvy family, with my father and brothers working in the technology field, I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of technology and operations, helping businesses work smarter and better serve their clients. 

Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, spending time outdoors, and experimenting in the kitchen. Whether I’m trying a new recipe or approaching a new project, I appreciate the opportunity to learn and create.
